A skilled worker must meet the training requirements of the job opportunity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>Professionals:<\/strong> A professional\u2019s job requires at least a U.S. baccalaureate or foreign equivalent degree.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><strong>Other Workers: <\/strong>This subcategory is for people performing unskilled labor requiring less than two years of training that is not temporary or seasonal, unlike H-2A or H-2B visa requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><span class=\"sqsrte-text-color--lightAccent\"><strong>What is the application process like?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">From start to finish, the EB-3 process can take more than three years for workers to obtain a green card.
