How to Integrate Visa Workers into your Existing Team

From Edward Silva, CEO at másLabor

A question we hear often at másLabor: “How do I integrate visa workers into my existing team?”

Here are three things you can do:

  1. Create a welcoming environment. Not just onboarding them, but having an introductory meeting to other members of the team or a team-building event can do wonders.

  2. Pairing up: Assign a buddy from the existing team. This helps them to understand the company culture, work ethics, and most importantly, makes them feel welcomed.

  3. Regular feedback. Last but not least, ensure that they are comfortable and are adapting well to the environment. Regular catch-ups or feedback sessions can help in doing so.

A well-integrated team is a well-performing team.
