End to COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement for Foreign Workers

Non-U.S. travelers entering the United States will no longer be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

The White House and Department of Homeland Security made a welcome and important announcement regarding the end of vaccine requirements for foreign workers. Beginning May 12, 2023 non-U.S. travelers entering the United States via land ports of entry, ferry terminals, and air travel will no longer be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination.

As you may know, many workers were having considerable challenges finding and obtaining the proper dosage of approved vaccines in time for the start of job contracts. This removal of an additional step to get any new/unvaccinated workers to your site for the season should help ease the recruitment and processing stages of new worker order(s) going forward.
